As managing director, Phil is responsible for asset management, secure processing of IT equipment, waste management and overall operational control. Before establishing Asset Disposal, Phil held key operational waste management roles at several companies and worked in the environmental departments of several NHS Trusts.

During his eight years as a director at KMD Recycling. Phil implemented major waste management practices and other waste categorisation initiatives.

Phil’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those which expand the company’s reach. Recently, he successfully implemented three fully integrated ISO standard across the company in just four months, ensuring all ISO legislation is up-to-date with both competitors and customers alike.

Ben joined the team from a market-leading cybersecurity business where he held the position of commercial development director. He was responsible for the development of the SME strategy and Cyber Academy for the business.

Ben has also been instrumental in the inception and development of a well-established, high-quality and profitable, maritime security provider. During his career he has gained extensive international business and managerial experience within several high growth sectors, building on corporate governance and process.

In his role as sales director, Dan uses his invaluable experience gained during the last ten years of his career. Since joining the management team in 2018, the sales department has achieved significant growth both in terms of revenue and the successful development and implementation of processes and technology strategies, deemed as instrumental to the company’s growth.

With a strong hands-on and professional approach gained through his education and career to date. Dan has been approached by several companies as a subject matter expert. He plays an instrumental role in developing key sales strategies from conception to completion, in security and data sectors, whilst capitalising on all his experience as Asset Disposal.
